Bordering the 1,000 acre, bird sanctuary in the northern mountains of the Dominican Republic is the pristine environment that is home to the Zorzal cacao bean. The beans are organically grown and shipped to our studio in Manhattan Beach, California, where every effort is made not to interfere with the purity and unaltered taste that is created by our own Mother Nature. The chocolate is waiting for creative input from you! It is wonderful for baking, making chocolate chip ice cream, and your own recipe for hot chocolate.
