Our 70% couverture is made from estate blend cacao cultivated in Duarte Province, Dominican Republic. It is ideal for enrobing confections and plated desserts. Use in recipes that call for semi-sweet or bitter chocolate. And serve a block at your next party allowing guests to cut off hunks, as desired.
The couverture comes in three 6-oz blocks and is packaged in a furoshiki fabric wrap.
