Chocolate Panforte


Our chocolate panforte is more of a confection than a cake. Studded with nuts, a multitude of dried fruits, cacao nibs, and chocolate chips, it is distinguished by its intriguing complexity of spices and chewy, caramel-like texture. 

We serve it forth in thin wedges, accompanied by espresso, tea, red wine, or armagnac.

The panforte is wrapped in kraft paper and tied with twine.
