CUSTOM ORDERS

We love to collaborate with chefs and chocolatiers to develop chocolate that caters to professional needs. Together, we will create a flavor profile in your chocolate and couverture* based on a single origin, single estate or proprietary blend cacao, roasting level and conching duration.

* We add virgin-pressed cacao butter from the same cacao beans the couverture is made in order to maintain single and estate origins.

We require a three-month lead time for all custom orders.
