We offer two varieties of dark baking chocolate: 70% and 100%.

Our 70% baking chocolate is made from estate blend cacao cultivated in Duarte, a northeastern province in the Dominican Republic, on the island of Hispaniola. It is ideal in recipes calling for semi-sweet chocolate.

Our 100% baking chocolate is made from estate blend cacao cultivated in Duarte, a northeastern province in the Dominican Republic, on the island of Hispaniola. It is ideal in recipes calling for unsweetened chocolate.
