Our 100% baking chocolate is made from estate blend cacao cultivated in Duarte Province, Dominican Republic. It is ideal in recipes, both sweet and savory, calling for unsweetened chocolate.
The chocolate is prepared in four 6-oz blocks, heat-sealed in kraft envelopes, and packaged together in a cotton fabric wrapped furoshiki-style.
