The persimmon is an offering from the earth in its benevolent plentitude. Our hachiya persimmons are air-dried, then bundled together as a quartet within our furoshiki wrap; a bar of Dominican Republic 70% estate blend dark accompanies, inviting the recipient to stage a ritual of sliced persimmon morsels dipped into the melted-down chocolate.
