BAR AU CHOCOLAT Trinidad 80% dark chocolate is made from cacao that thrives in the growing region of Gran Couva. In cooperation with 20 small farmers, the harvested cacao pods are transported to the San Juan Estate who oversees the fermentation and drying of the fruit into precious raw cacao beans.
