Venezuela 50% (V) Milk

Cuyagua is located on the northern coast of Venezuela. Its beaches, known for heavy swell, attract surfers. Its plantations, known for fine-flavored cacao, attract chocolatemakers. While surfers catch waves under the sun, cacao beans bask beneath the same beaming rays. Once the cacao arrives at our studio in Manhattan Beach, the surfing continues and the chocolatemaking begins. It’s totally awesome!
