In spring 2017, we will be opening BAR AU CHOCOLAT Atelier in Manhattan Beach, California. It will be a working studio and retail space. We will make our chocolate on premises and give private tours providing an intimate glimpse into our method of chocolatemaking. In addition to showcasing a variety of chocolate from around the world, we will offer an array of hot and iced chocolate drinks and other cacao-inspired sweets and savories. It will be a beautiful place to enjoy chocolate, and ultimately, to deepen our pleasure, understanding and appreciation of this ancient, beloved food.
