Chocolate Meringues

At Bar au Chocolat, we are meringue-obsessed . . . 

Crisp on the outside with a chewy-marshmallowy interior, our meringues are swirled with dark chocolate and dusted with cacao powder. They are so yummy!

We like to serve them with a mascarpone whipped cream (recipe provided), chocolate sauce, and assorted berries. 

Please note, we require three days advance notice for their preparation. Due to their fragility, our meringues are for local pick-up only.
