Hawai'i 74% Dark

The otherworldy beauty for which Hawai'i is known⏤from balmy shorelines to verdant, emerald-blanketed mountains, the whole of it prone to effervescent blooming⏤is born from volcanic activity. As tectonic plates shift in movement over a plume of molten rock, pressure mounts within the deep fires of the earth. This so-called 'hot spot' creates an upwelling of magma which spurts upwards with such force that it punctuates the Earth's surface, at which point it cools, then hardens to form new land.

It is this nutrient-rich soil that yields the extraordinary, Kona-grown cacao which distinguishes our Hawai'i 74% dark chocolate. Bursting with hibiscus, mineral notes and the enveloping warmth of caramel, there is a florality and earthiness that runs through each piece as it melts in your mouth, the exoticism of the flavor profile complemented by the coconut-blossom sugar we use to sweeten it.
