Cacao Butter Caramels
The etymology of the word caramel comes from the Latin cannamellis from canna (cane) + mel/mellis (honey). Our caramels are made from some of our favorite honeys. The addition of our house-pressed cacao butter gives them a velvety-sexy texture.
